Invitation for Sealed Quotation for Procurement of Medicine.

1. The Melamchi Municipality, office of the Municipal Executive invites sealed quotations from registered Suppliers having 3 years of work experience of medicine supply.
2. Interested eligible Suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the Sealed quotation Forms at the office of Melamchi Municipality, Melamchi Sindhupalchok, dms.melamchimun@gamail,com, 011-401089.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the  Melamchi Municipality office, Melamchi, Sindhupalchowk by eligible Bidders on  the  submission  of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, PAN Registration & Tax Clearance Certificate of  2073/74
4. Sealed Quotation Forms may be purchased by eligible Suppliers on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, PAN Registration & Tax Clearance Certificate of  2074/75 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000.00. at 3:00 Pm on 2075/9/22.
5. Sealed Quotations must be submitted to the above office on or before 12:00 on 2075/9/23. Quotation received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
6. Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of Sealed quotations and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amounting to a minimum of 1,35,000.00  amount which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the Sealed Quotations.
7. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No16803000000003000004 ( Ga-3)  at Nepal Bank Limited, Melamchi, Sindhupalchok and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation.
8. Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of Suppliers' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 and 2075/9/23 at the office of Melamchi Municipality Office.
9. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
10. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
11. Suppliers has to supply  medicine, manufactured by WHO GMP certified  company and having one & half year of expiry date at Melamchi Municipality office as per Packing list provided by Purchaser during agreement time.
12. Other things are not included in notice will be as per PPA & PPR.
